RDS Doors were contact by Crown Agents, an international development company that partners with governments, aid agencies, NGOs and companies in nearly 100 countries, to install a set of manual swing doors.
At their head office in the UK they were looking to replace their old and worn doors with a new inviting entrance, with manual swing doors, but with the maximum security possible. We had to find a way of having electrical locking in the top and the bottom of the door set. We provided this with the use of solenoid bolts that we specially mounted in the bottom rails of the doors and a special keep in the threshold of the opening to lock these into.
RDS’s overall outcome was a great looking set of doors with high security incorporated into this look.
